DELIVERIES

– 3 to 20 working days depending on stock and the destination of the order (we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by transport companies, CTT or any other delivery company).

– Because our bags are limited editions, we can easily run out of stock, but we can produce with other leathers in different colors and patterns according to the availability and wishes of each customer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

– You have fourteen calendar days to return a product you are not satisfied with, from the date you receive it.

– There is no penalty for this right of withdrawal, except for shipping costs (under Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25.10.2011, regulated by Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14). If shipping was free and the product is returned, €4.99 will be deducted from the total refund.  You can return a product within the period indicated to the address mentioned in point 18 (Data/Contacts).

– To return a product to us, please contact us by e-mail ([email protected]) to inform us of your intention to return your products and to attach the invoice of the products you ordered.

– It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay the shipping costs of the returned goods.

– This right of return only applies to products in good condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manual…) (see Article 6 of Decree-Law 143/2001 of April 26, as amended by Decree-Law 82/2008 of May 20).

– In the event of a refund, if the product is returned within fourteen days (date of postmark) from the date of receipt and payment was made by MB Way, Multibanco Reference or Bank Transfer, the refund will be made by bank transfer to a bank account in which the holder is the same as the name under which the invoice was issued (Please send the NIB to which the refund must be made by email). If the payment was made by Paypal or Credit Card, the refund will be made to the same account.

– In the event of an exchange the cost of reshipment (€ 6,99) will be paid by the customer.
